江戸時代から伝わる神社を氏神様とする祭りは、各地域の町内ごとに主催されます。今年、銀座で行われた祭りには、１つの町内に対して７００名近い担ぎ手が参加しました。私も担がせていただきました。
祭りには、祭りの衣装があります。お囃子の方々は、浴衣に半纏を着ていました。
日本の素晴らしい伝統的な行事です。
Festivals that have been passed down since the Edo period and have a local shrine as their guardian deity are hosted by each neighborhood. This year, the festival held in Ginza saw nearly 700 carryrs participate from each neighborhood. I also had the opportunity to carry one.
Festivals have festival costumes. The musicians wore yukata robes and hanten coats.
It’s a wonderful traditional Japanese event.
